This offers more support than their previous nap pillow. My mother also sometimes sits on it to relieve pain from her sciatic nerve. I do wish the cover zipped off for easy cleaning.

I spend a lot of time in the sky flying back & forth from New Jersey to Montana for school, and I was constantly jerking my neck up when falling asleep on the planes. I see a lot of other travelers with the Cloudz brand pillow that is the same design as this NAP pillow, but I definitely prefer the NAP materials. While The Cloudz brand will save a few bucks, it's worth the two or three extra dollars to buy this pillow from Brookstone. It is much softer and more supportive. The Cloudz brand is filled with some type of little beads, whereas this pillow is stuffed like a real pillow. Saves my neck every time.
