My Son gave my Husband and I each one of these pens. My blue one had a replacement tip, but Hubby's black one did not. Customer service sent replacements, but they were too ...Read complete review
My Son gave my Husband and I each one of these pens. My blue one had a replacement tip, but Hubby's black one did not. Customer service sent replacements, but they were too big. There are NO replacement tips available for these, and they wear out fast, with daily use. After only 3 weeks, there is a split in mine. I will comment further on the resolution to my problem, as customer service is still looking into it.

I grade a lot of papers and write on PDFs when I give students comments. This stylus actually glides on the iPad screen so that my handwriting approximates normal. Other rubber tipped devices would "stick" and jump making writing impossible. Small enough, you can be precise when tapping outa message on those tiny keypads.

We like this while the tip was good. It only lasted a few days/week. No replacement tip was included. No instructions on how to replace or order new tips. Pen virtually fused together at the joint and cannot "open". For the cost, you get a cool looking pen that you cannot replace the tip which is very prone to damage. I expect more from this company. :(

Stored extra small tip inside pen. Went to replace, tried everything and can not get it out!,,! Tip fractured within one month. Not Happy! Now use to me anymore!

I was so disappointed when the silicone tip fractured. I mailed to the service desk but got no answer. We should be able to replace the silicone tip. For the longevity of the pen is a thousand times that of the silicone tip. It should be easy to replace it.
