    The personalization font is the one advertised in the individual photos, not the video. They are blocky and awkward. To my eye, they do not match the quality of this passport cover. This is my only complaint. The cover itself is fantastic. An option would be personalizing your cover at a local embosser. As for Brookstone, they cater to their customers. Free 3-day select shipping and packaging, which is very nice. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
